Diesel injector and pump repairs

We have worked on diesel fuel injection systems for more than 35 years. Our manufacturer-trained technicians test, repair and calibrate pumps and injectors for vehicle owners and workshops throughout New Zealand.

As an authorised Denso Premium Service Dealer and Bosch Diesel Centre, we combine manufacturer knowledge with the facilities required for precision diesel injection work.

The equipment behind the repair

Our workshop uses Bosch EPS 815 and EPS 205 test equipment and Hartridge AVM2-PC test stands to diagnose faults and check performance against manufacturer specifications. Common rail assembly takes place in a dedicated clean room, helping keep contamination out of precision components.

These are important parts of the job. A repair needs the right components, careful assembly and accurate calibration before the unit goes back into service.

Genuine parts and clear advice

We use genuine parts from manufacturers including Denso, Bosch, Delphi and Zexel. Once the fault has been assessed, we explain the recommended work and provide a clear quote. If replacement is the appropriate option, our parts team can help identify the correct unit.

Bring your vehicle to our workshop by arrangement. For workshops anywhere in New Zealand, we provide specialist support for removed pumps and injectors, with freight options to many locations.
